Meet Elaine Keller, a true Floridian “Foodie,” who joined Kuoni over a decade ago after managing numerous South Florida restaurants.

What is my favorite feature about South Florida? That’s easy—its relaxed sophistication. Our South Florida destination holds all the glamour, excitement, prestige and drama of a big city with a laidback vibe, friendly locals from many cultural backgrounds and, of course, our fantastic climate. Anything goes here! For incentive programs and event planning, South Florida appeals to everyone, whether the client wants a theme that’s all corporate, sun-splashed and tropical, or chic and jet-setting.

South Florida is more than beach and sun, too. We love to create rewarding and unexpected South Florida experiences that don’t require wearing swimsuits or sunscreen. Among the most fun trends now are using gourmet food trucks for the catering component (all the rage!) or holding events in offbeat spaces like parking garages and rooftops. The best part of these unusual venues is that they really make us think outside the ballroom for cool décor ideas and give us the chance to show off South Florida in ways that always surprise our clients. Really, you have to see an event staged in these spaces to believe it!
