The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by completing daily assignments and tasks related to the coordination of a program’s success. Specific responsibilities include; creating proposals, contracts, and invoices based on information provided by the Account Executive, creating sales kits, providing on-site program support, coordinating site visits to new venues and conducting research for potential sales.
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the sale and development of Kuoni Destination Management events and programs through lead generation, sales, client site inspections, program scope and budget development, and project approval. He or she will manage these processes in conjunction with the operations team and continue to support the programs through completion. The day to day activities involved in this role include; working along with the sales management team to develop and meet the sales objectives, developing new business, preparing program proposals and budgets to meet client needs, and submitting accurate sales/commission paperwork as directed by management.
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of his/her programs including; developing and implementing workflow processes and organizational structure and managing internal and external relationships. Specific responsibilities include managing project budgets, seasonal staff, event reconciliation and the daily operations and implementation of all events, meetings, and campaigns. The Program Manager will also be responsible for taking a lead role in developing best practices and strong relationships with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Seasonal Support Staff
Our Seasonal Support Staff are key members in the success of our daily operations. Our objective when hiring support staff is to select individuals who bring education, energy, and expertise in all areas of hospitality management including special events, transportation management, and tours and activities. Within in this role, the seasonal support staff member will be expected to bring to the table a superior level of personalized service and attention to detail. Specific tasks include hotel or event logistics, site inspections, registration of activities, technology support, manifest or rooming lists management, off-site venue coordination and on-site management. He or she will manage logistics for airport arrivals, tours, ground transportation and dispatch.
